Role Overview: As the Brand Manager, you will be the voice and guardian of our brand identity. You will oversee brand strategy, campaign execution, creative development, and cross-platform communication, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive brand value and visibility in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Positioning Define and implement the companys brand vision, values, and tone. Ensure consistent branding across digital, print, on-ground, and media platforms. Campaign Management Develop and execute monthly/quarterly brand campaigns for new and ongoing projects. Track performance metrics and make data-backed adjustments to enhance campaign impact. Creative Oversight Lead creative development across visual and written assets including videos, brochures, hoardings, and digital creatives. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials. Digital Branding Collaborate with digital marketing teams to manage and grow presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. Oversee performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), reviewing and refining strategies regularly. Coordinate website content and SEO to improve online brand visibility. Team & Vendor Management Work with internal design, content, and video teams for timely execution of campaigns. Manage third-party vendors, advertising agencies, influencers, media partners, and printers. Brand Events & PR Support branding efforts at launch events, real estate expos, and customer experience activations. Handle PR communications and ensure alignment with brand identity. Market & Competitor Research Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and buyer insights to inform brand decisions. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Mass Communication, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in brand management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or luxury sectors. Knowledge of digital and performance marketing best practices. Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies. Strong creative vision and attention to design details. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
