Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads & Facebook Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns, understanding audience behavior, and driving measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:Google Ads Management:
Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across search, display, and shopping networks.
Perform keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
Write engaging ad copies and optimize them for high click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements.
Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to optimize performance.
Stay updated with Google Ads policies and industry trends.
Facebook Ads Management:
Develop, implement, and manage Facebook Ads campaigns to target specific audiences.
Create compelling ad creatives, including graphics, videos, and ad copy, in collaboration with the design team.
Set up and optimize ad sets for conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
Conduct split testing to determine the best-performing ads and strategies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CPM, CTR, and ROI.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other tracking platforms to measure campaign performance.
Provide detailed reports on ad performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Set and achieve clear campaign goals based on business objectives.
Collaboration and Strategy:
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign strategies and audience targeting.
Maintain a strong understanding of the client's industry, products, and services.
Budget Management:
Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving performance goals.
Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of PPC advertising and paid social media strategies.
Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other ad platforms.
Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
Creativity in developing compelling ad copy and visuals.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Ads (preferred).
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Work Experience:Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising or a similar role.
