English/ Hindi / IT Faculty (Residential Staff)

Location: Career Defence School Foundation – [ Ambala / Yamunanagar] Department: Academics Job Type: Full-Time Job Description-We are seeking dynamic and passionate faculty members for Hindi, English, and IT subjects to join our academic team at Career Defence School Foundation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering quality education, preparing students for competitive and academic excellence, and maintaining discipline and motivation among students. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver effective lesson plans based on the curriculum. Prepare students for board exams and defence entrance tests (if applicable). Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and mock tests. Maintain records of students’ progress and share feedback with parents/management. Use technology and interactive teaching methods for better engagement. Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in respective subject (Hindi / English / IT / Computer Science). B.Ed. preferred for teaching roles. Prior teaching experience (school or coaching institute) is desirable. Strong communication skills and command over the subject.
