Google Ads Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  Google Ads campaigns

  (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Conduct

  keyword research

  , ad copy creation, and A/B testing
• Monitor daily campaign performance to ensure ROI targets are met
• Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to improve

  CTR, CPC, and conversions

• Set up and manage

  conversion tracking

  using Google Ads & Google Analytics
• Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights
• Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams for integrated campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in

  Google Ads management

• Strong understanding of

  paid search fundamentals

• Experience with

  Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, and Tag Manager

• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Google Ads Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
