🔹 Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize

  Google Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max

  campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copies & run A/B tests.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for

  lower CPA & higher ROAS

  .
• Set up and maintain

  conversion tracking, GA4 events, and UTM parameters

  .
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and action plans.
• Coordinate with creative and strategy teams to enhance ad & landing page quality.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends & policies.

🔹 Requirements

• 6 months to 3 years of proven experience in

  Google Ads campaign management

  .
• Strong knowledge of PPC fundamentals, bidding strategies & analytics.
• Hands-on experience with

  Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager

  .
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
• Good command over English for writing ad copies.

• Must be available for full-time onsite work in Nagpur.

• Google Ads certification is a plus.
