About the Role We’re looking for someone truly passionate about ads and brand growth. You should have a basic/intermediate understanding of Meta Ads , be curious about data, and want to learn how real D2C businesses scale. If you understand what makes an ad perform and are serious about learning and growing, this role is for you. Responsibilities Execute and optimize Meta ad campaigns. Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPA). Apply funnel strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU). Assist in ad copywriting using ChatGPT or other AI tools. Maintain campaign data and reports on Google Sheets. Support the team in campaign analysis and creative strategy. Requirements Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager. Understanding of ad funnels and key performance metrics. Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic reporting. Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.). Serious about learning and growing in performance marketing. Must be based in Nagpur and available on-site . Perks Paid 3-month internship. Real exposure to high-spend D2C accounts.
