Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Google Ad Manager (GAM) Specialist to join our Ad Operations & Client Servicing team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in GAM setup, optimization, and troubleshooting to manage, scale, and optimize complex advertising operations. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party platforms to ensure flawless campaign execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize ad serving through

    Google Ad Manager

    , including inventory setup, yield management, and troubleshooting
  • Set up line items, orders, creatives, targeting, and priority levels based on campaign requirements
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance metrics; proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure pacing and revenue goals are met
  • Collaborate with sales, ops, and product teams to implement and maintain ad solutions
  • Handle programmatic integrations (e.g. SSPs like Magnite, Equativ, etc.)
  • Maintain ad quality and ensure compliance with platform policies and user experience best practices
  • Generate performance and delivery reports; provide insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Lead troubleshooting for discrepancies, delivery issues, or creative malfunctions


Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience wit

  • Strong understanding of ad serving logic, yield groups, targeting, and auction dynamic
  • Experience managin

    g programmatic deals (PMPs, PG

    s) and working with SSPs/DSP
  • Familiarity with ad tags, VAST, VPAID, MRAID, and other creative format
  • Solid analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ad Manager reporting, Looker Studio, etc
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Video/CTV ad serving
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management tools
  • Previous exposure to data platforms like DMPs, or Ad Servers beyond GAM
  • Familiarity with FAST channels or OTT environment
