Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management - Educate customers about gold loan products, terms, interest rates, and benefits. - Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan schemes. - Build trust by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring transparency. 3. Documentation - Guide customers through documentation processes (ID proof, address proof, etc.) and ensure compliance with KYC norms. 4. Sales Targets and Business Growth - Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for loan disbursements. - Expand the customer base in assigned territories through aggressive field sales activities. 5.
