Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and responsible female candidates for the position of Gold Loan Officer across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing gold loan operations, customer service, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day operations of the gold loan branch
Assess the quality and purity of gold pledged
Approve and disburse loans within authorized limits
Maintain accurate records of loan documents and gold pledged
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
Follow up on interest collection and loan renewals
Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines
Achieve monthly gold loan targets
Handle cash and maintain daily accounts

Eligibility Criteria:

Gender: Female candidates only
Experience:
1 to 7 years in gold loan, NBFC, banking, or financial services sector
Education:
Minimum HSC/PUC; Graduation preferred
Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
Knowledge of gold valuation (preferred)
Local language
proficiency is a must
