Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Vadodara Area for a Gold Loan Officer. The chosen candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand their loan requirements, evaluating and appraising gold articles, and disbursing loans. Maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and handling customer queries will also be part of the daily responsibilities. The Gold Loan Officer will play an integral role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive financial inclusion.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Proficiency in appraising gold articles and knowledge of gold loan products
Attention to detail and proficiency in record-keeping
Basic understanding of financial services and compliance requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in finance, banking, or customer relationship roles preferred
Familiarity with local languages and culture is an added advantage
