Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer based in Kochi. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for assessing and approving gold loan applications, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with lending policies. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires attention to detail, thorough knowledge of financial products, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in assessing and approving gold loan applications
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Excellent record-keeping and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
