The incumbent will be responsible for the following: 1. Digital Sales - Identifying the right set of modern trade accounts for range of Digital locks, driving Trade Negotiations and ensuring full implementation of agreements as per company policy. - Developing a network of project dealers to cater to the identified Modern Trade accounts. - Identifying Key Opportunities in identified accounts and create customer specific action plans. Allocate Trade Investments Budgets and ensure utilization as per guidelines. - Sales Forecast to be prepared based on Market Activity Plans and Review on a weekly basis. - Key account management for top modern trade accounts. - Market Coverage: Scientific market coverage through monthly and weekly Planning for self and Sales Canvassers. - Cascade and rigorously drive the execution of Strategic & Functional initiatives. 2. National Presence - Appointing of Sales promoters for identified stores/accounts and training them on a regular basis. - Monitoring and Reviewing effectiveness of all Trade Activations, Coverage and Trade Service Levels. 3. Working Capital - Collecting receivables as per agreed terms. 4. Product Marketing - Working with MT accounts for designing trade schemes during festivals, scheme promotions, marketing and building Product awareness activities. - Market Intelligence: Benchmarking with allied industries, gathering Competitor Intelligence for each store/account and understanding market trends to take tactical actions. 5. Organizational Imperatives - Adhering to safety protocols, IMS, compliance, and organizational initiatives such as Kaizen, Business Excellence etc.
