The Practice A Brief Sketch The SONG practice is aligned to the Capability Network Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales, and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner. The B2B marketing automation consultant is an intermediate-level position within the Marketing transformation vertical of Accenture GN Song. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, design tailored marketing automation strategies, and execute campaigns that drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and enhance customer engagement. The key responsibilities will include the following Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and marketing objectives. Identify opportunities for leveraging marketing automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Provide expert advice on selecting the most suitable B2B marketing automation platform. Gather business requirements, design process & solution for implementation of marketing & sales automation platforms in B2B environment leveraging tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing CRM, Marketo, AJO, Pardot Serve as CRM solution consultant and design lead nurturing workflows, email marketing campaigns, and automated customer engagement programs Work as a BA or Lead the implementation and configuration of B2B marketing automation platforms, such as MS Dynamics 365, Marketo, AJO, Pardot Create and execute targeted email campaigns, drip sequences and monitor campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and pipeline impact Develop documentation and training materials to support ongoing platform usage and skill development. Develop knowledge of prevailing trends, financials, and operating drivers across multiple industry segments. Aside from client delivery, the selected candidate will also drive business development efforts. Bring your best skills forward to excel at the role: Functional proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Insights (Marketing Module) Capability to describe D365 Sales and Customer Insights functionalities (Journeys, Segments, Forms, Triggers, Opportunities, etc.) Capability to describe integrations of MSD Customer Insights with other Microsoft tools (M365, Copilot products, Azure) Basic to advance level of understanding and knowledge in Power Apps, Power Automate Proficient in marketing research and analysis Excellent oral and written communication skills Creating and maintaining client relationships Strong understanding of Marketing processes, operating model, marketing & Advertising technologies, and integrations with other technologies Read about us. MBA from a tier 1 institute with preferably bachelors degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field Proven working experience of 5+ years working on B2B Marketing automation solution such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, Marketo, AJO, Pardot, Eloqua Strong understanding of end to end of CRM process, lead nurturing and management, customer journey mapping, and segmentation strategies, Account Based Marketing (ABM) Proficiency in email marketing best practices, A/B testing methodologies, and campaign optimization techniques. Must have worked in implementation of campaigns, designing marketing emails and delivering outbound marketing activities and customer journeys Have knowledge of lead management in CRM (across marketing, sales and service), B2B Marketing processes, MQL, SQL etc. Good to have technical experience and certification on MS CRM, Salesforce CRM experience, Marketo, Pardot, AJO, Eloqua Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
