Summary:
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns. With 7-10 years of experience, this role requires a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C markets, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with the Account Director to develop and implement strategic plans that align with client objectives.In this role, as the Account Supervisor you will oversee a team of account managers and executives, providing guidance and support to ensure that all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as the role involves coordinating with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful marketing campaigns.Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day client interactions, ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns across multiple accounts.Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with the Account Director to align with client objectives.Oversee a team of account managers and executives, providing guidance and support to ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget.Coordinate with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to deliver high-quality, integrated marketing solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.Monitor project performance, ensuring campaigns are delivered within scope, time, and budget.Identify opportunities for process improvements, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in campaign execution.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to bring innovative solutions to client projects.Proactively manage risks, resolve challenges, and ensure seamless communication between internal and external teams.Familiarity with Gen AI tools and their applications in marketing project management would be an added advantage.
Professional & Technical
Skills:
Strong portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strategic, end to end account management and key stakeholder management.In-depth knowledge of branding, creative development and execution, digital marketing, and campaign deploymentExperience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations.Hands-on experience and understanding of relevant tools / platformsStrong verbal communication skills.Good research, organizational, and time-management skills.Strong presentation skills and knowledge of using AI and GenAI tools.Experience in working across multiple industries.Experience in setting up and growing teams to meet needs across skills, geographies and industries.

Experience:8+ years of branding, overseeing end-to-end execution, social strategy or advertising experience in account management or related role with a major consulting firm or advertising agency or leading MNC.
Educational Qualification:Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business or Marketing
