 About The Role  
Job Title:Cerner Healthcare Consultant - Associate Manager / Manager
Position Overview:
As a Cerner Healthcare Consultant - Associate Manager / Manager, you will oversee the implementation, optimization, and management of Cerner solutions for our healthcare clients. You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure successful project delivery. You will be instrumental in driving improvements in healthcare technology adoption and enhancing overall client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Manage and lead Cerner implementation and optimization projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic goals and objectives. Provide expert guidance on Cerner solutions that align with their needs and drive improvements in clinical and operational outcomes.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Cerner consultants and analysts. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure team members are effectively contributing to project goals and professional development.
Solution Design and Optimization: Oversee the design and configuration of Cerner systems, ensuring they are tailored to meet client requirements. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to optimize performance and user experience.
Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for client staff to ensure successful adoption of Cerner solutions. Create and maintain training materials and documentation.
Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for additional consulting services and solutions. Support proposal development and client presentations.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor project progress and performance metrics. Prepare and present reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Manager: 10-12 years of experience with Cerner systems, including significant experience in project management and client consulting roles.
Leadership Skills:Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with the ability to inspire and drive performance. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Analytical 
Skills:
 Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong analytical mindset. Ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights.
Communication 
Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Client Focus: Strong commitment to client service with a track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
Business Acumen: Understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.

 Qualification 
Education: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Cerner certifications) are highly desirable.
Experience:
Associate Manager: 8-9 years of experience working with Cerner solutions in a healthcare environment, with some experience in a project leadership or management role.
