In brand management at PwC, you will focus on developing and implementing strategies to enhance and protect the company's brand image. You will manage brand campaigns, conduct market research, and confirm consistency across all channels.Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

As a Senior Associate in Brand Protection at PwC, you'll safeguard PwC's reputation and ensure brand quality and consistency. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with brand standards; assisting internal teams with brand governance; collaborating globally in a fast-paced environment; building strong stakeholder relationships; monitoring brand usage and creating reports; analyzing data for insights; sharing best practices; managing brand tools and requests, focusing on client service and efficiency.
Knowledge and SkillsWorking well both individually and as part of highly collaborative teams, including virtual teams;
  • Possessing experience with large corporate brands and a foundational understanding of brand management and strategy, with the ability to understand and apply brand standards, codes, and rules to varying situations;
  • Initiating and leading open conversations comfortably with team members and other groups across the network at varying seniority levels to build trust and establish effective working relationships;
  • Focusing on client service excellence, ensuring stakeholders’ needs and expectations are met;
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of requests;
  • Utilizing work management and brand tools to effectively create, update, and manage forms and processes, ensuring accurate data capture and documentation;
  • Employing diplomacy and negotiation skills for managing brand compliance discussions;
  • Demonstrating sound judgment in determining when to escalate specific issues or matters as necessary;
  • Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills for addressing brand-related queries;
  • Creating and delivering informative reports and presentations to stakeholders to drive future decision making;
  • Demonstrating proficiency in data analysis, presentations, and project management, along with related software tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, familiarity with PowerBI and Workfront or other work management tools is a plus).
