Job Title : GM Structuring Analyst

Experience : 1-3 Years

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build robust analytical toolsets-efficient, reusable, and scalable-for daily business reporting and monitoring needs.
• Maintain and support automation infrastructure to ensure consistent performance and reliability.
• Perform ETL operations and process large datasets using data analytics and visualization tools, including Power BI dashboards.

• Utilize Python libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib) and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code within committed deadlines, following best coding practices to minimize technical debt.

• Identify gaps in existing processes and controls, proposing enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Explore emerging technologies and solutions, conducting POCs (Proofs of Concept) to validate feasibility.

• Understand business requirements and balance speed of delivery with robustness of solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with teams within Global Markets and across divisions to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.

• Strong work ethic, proactive approach, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.

Requisites:

• Experience with Python and its data science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Strong skills in data manipulation and analysis using Python and Excel.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of unit testing, test-driven development, and DevOps concepts, including source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with a structured low-level programming language such as C++, Java, or C#.
• Experience with ETL tools and processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

• Knowledge of dashboard/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.

• Basic understanding of financial products and pricing theory is advantageous.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adopt new technologies.
