Position Overview


The GM – Project Management will be responsible for leading, monitoring, and driving successful delivery of multiple large-scale construction projects across diverse asset classes including housing, office complexes, industrial structures, and infrastructure developments. The role requires a seasoned leader with proven expertise in project governance, execution strategy, team development, and the adoption of modern technologies in construction management.

Key Responsibilities


  •  Supervise and track progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
  •  Provide direction, guidance, and professional development support to junior construction management team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Develop, implement, and refine standardised project monitoring templates, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for consistency across projects.
  • Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless communication.
  • Utilize Project Management Software (MS Project, Zoho Projects, etc.), AutoCAD, and advanced worksheets to enhance project tracking and efficiency.
  • Explore and integrate AI-driven tools and digital solutions to improve forecasting, scheduling, and resource optimisation in project management.
Desired Candidate Profile
  •  Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure segments.
  •  Strong command of MS Project, Zoho Projects, AutoCAD, and advanced Excel/worksheet-based project tracking. Exposure to AI tools in project planning and monitoring is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and drive performance in a multi-project environment.
  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; Postgraduate qualification in Project Management or Construction Management preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving orientation, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
