GM Marketing

Qualification: MBA in Marketing (preferably from a reputed institute)
Experience: 15–20 years in Marketing / Business Development from Engineering, Packaging or Chemical industries

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in domestic and export markets.
• Oversee product positioning, branding, and promotional activities to strengthen market presence.
• Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
• Collaborate with the production, R&D, and quality teams to align marketing efforts with product capabilities.
• Plan and execute annual sales targets and marketing budgets.
• Guide, mentor, and manage the marketing and sales team for performance excellence.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Provide periodic reports and forecasts to top management.
