Sales & Marketing Executive / Sr. Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)

Experience : 5–7 years of experience (preferred Industrial, Manufacturing or Engineering Products - Sales & Marketing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in industrial and B2B markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical-commercial offers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote company products.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market activities.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of industrial products and B2B sales process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
