Quality Engineer / Quality Inspector - Electro Zinc Plating

Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech in Metallurgy / Chemistry / Surface Coating / Mechanical / Industrial.

Experience : 2–6 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control in electroplating (zinc or related coatings).

Key Responsibility :

• Knowledge of plating standards (ASTM, IS, or customer-specific standards).
• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (coating thickness gauge, pH meter, lab equipment, microscope).
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer quality complaints.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain proper documentation of quality records, inspection reports, and control charts
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
