· Experience: 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a similar industry (preferably steel/plastic barrel, container, or packaging).
· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as rolling, welding, painting, curing, sealing, and QA/QC processes specific to barrel manufacturing.
· Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations.
