As an Executive / Sr. Executive Sales & Marketing at our company based in Gandhidham, Gujarat, your role will involve managing sales operations and acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing sales operations and coordinating between clients and internal teams - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners - Coordinating order processing, shipment schedules, and delivery follow-ups - Assisting in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts - Tracking sales targets and performance metrics - Liaising with production, logistics, and finance departments for smooth order execution - Addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly - Supporting senior management with sales reporting and market analysis To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience in manufacturing sales, B2B, or shipping coordination - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Good organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (if applicable) - Customer-focused with problem-solving aptitude - Ability to work independently and in a team In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, we are looking for a candidate who can work in a full-time capacity, handle rotational shifts, and is fluent in English.
