Role Overview: As a Financial Controller, your role will involve developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with business goals. You will be responsible for financial planning, overseeing accounting and compliance activities, evaluating project feasibility, managing audit and risk processes, stakeholder management, SAP implementation, and IPO readiness and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals. - Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. - Ensure accurate accounting as per applicable standards (Ind AS/IFRS). - Oversee statutory compliance including GST, Income Tax, RERA, and other regulatory requirements. - Evaluate project feasibility and financial viability. - Monitor cost control and profitability for ongoing projects. - Coordinate internal and external audits. - Implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks. - Interact with investors, lenders, and regulatory authorities. - Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making. - Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP (FI/CO modules) for finance operations. - Ensure smooth migration from legacy systems and train team members. - Drive IPO readiness and execution in coordination with senior management and external advisors. - Ensure compliance with SEBI and other regulatory requirements. - Manage financial due diligence, disclosures, and investor presentations. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of real estate finance, project costing, and revenue recognition. - Expertise in taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. - Experience in SAP implementation and ERP systems. - Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling. Please note that experience in large-scale residential/commercial real estate projects, exposure to fundraising, joint ventures, investor relations, and IPO processes would be preferred for this role.,
