GM Finance

As the GM Finance, your role involves providing financial leadership and strategic planning for the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and driving the organization's financial strategy to align with business objectives - Leading financial forecasting and performance monitoring for strategic alignment and sustainability - Partnering with the leadership team to establish budgets, long-term financial plans, and capital investment strategies - Directing financial operations, including accounting, taxation, budgeting, and audits to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence - Delivering accurate and timely financial reports and insights to the Board and stakeholders for informed decision-making - Identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities through in-depth financial analysis - Mentoring and developing the finance team for high performance and robust succession planning - Spearheading the adoption and optimization of ERP systems for efficiency and innovation in financial processes You are required to have 15+ years of experience and hold a CA/CMA-MBA qualification. The preferred industry background for this role is Manufacturing/FMCG. The company provides benefits such as food, health insurance, and provident fund.
