Role Overview

As CFO, you will be a strategic finance leader, partnering with senior leadership to shape value-driven decisions, ensure robust financial governance, and support EVIO's growth in a fast-evolving engineering landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Own financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modelling aligned with EVIO's engineering-driven objectives.

Lead FP&A, management reporting, variance analyses, and deliver actionable insights for operational efficiency.

Oversee end-to-end finance operations including accounting, taxation, audits, statutory filings, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Partner with operations to assess project-level feasibility, margins, cost controls, and ensure profitability.

Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury operations, and banking relationships to optimize capital usage.

Drive ERP and finance tech adoption to improve automation, real-time reporting, and financial data governance.

Build and mentor a high-performing finance team committed to excellence and precision.

Serve as a governance champion ensuring accurate financials and timely audit readiness.

Required Profile

CA or Intermediate

At least 15 years of progressive finance leadership during which you managed strategic and transactional finance roles in electrical contracting, industrial automation, engineering, or related sectors

Hands-on experience driving FP&A, tax planning, project finance, and systems implementation (ERP, BI tools, etc.)

Excellent communicator with stakeholder experience across C-level, auditors, and bankers

Balanced mindset combining meticulous detail orientation with strategic foresight and ethical rigor
