Global Visa Consultant

Job Overview:

The Global Visa Consultant (GVC) will serve as a critical advisor to clients seeking assistance with international visa and immigration matters. The role involves delivering comprehensive consultancy services by assessing client profiles, interpreting complex immigration regulations, and managing visa application processes across multiple countries to facilitate seamless global mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments of client eligibility for various visa categories, including temporary, permanent, work, student, and business visas.
• Advise clients on required documentation, application protocols, and procedural compliance tailored to the destination country’s immigration framework.
• Prepare, review, and submit visa applications on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Interface with consular officials, embassies, and immigration authorities to monitor application progress and resolve challenges proactively.
• Provide guidance on visa interview preparation, travel documentation, and post-visa issuance requirements.
• Keep current with evolving immigration laws, global visa regulations, and policy shifts to maintain consultancy accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in visa consultancy, immigration services, or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of immigration procedures and visa regulations across major countries (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen states).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex regulations clearly to diverse clients.
