We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global Visa Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing international visa applications. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless visa processing for our clients, while ensuring full compliance with global immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end visa application processes across multiple countries.
• Provide expert advice on visa requirements, documentation, and processing timelines.
• Ensure strict adherence to the latest immigration laws and regulatory guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve complex visa-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all visa applications and supporting documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in global visa processing or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of immigration policies and visa procedures for major international destinations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple visa cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in visa processing software and related digital tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in the travel, tourism, or relocation industry.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
