Global Visa Consultant

As a Global Visa Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on visa and immigration processes to clients traveling or relocating internationally. Your main tasks will include assessing visa eligibility, guiding clients through the application process, staying updated on immigration laws, liaising with authorities, preparing documentation, and advising on ancillary matters such as travel insurance and interview preparation. Key Responsibilities: - Assess clients visa eligibility and provide tailored advice for various visa categories including tourist, work, study, business, and residency visas. - Guide clients through the entire visa application process, from document preparation to submission and follow-up. - Stay abreast of changing immigration laws, policies, and visa regulations globally to ensure accurate client advice. - Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities to facilitate visa processing and resolve application issues. - Prepare and review visa application documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with requirements. - Advise clients on ancillary matters such as travel insurance, medical exams, and interview preparation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Law, Business, or related field preferred. - Minimum of 2 years proven experience in B2B sales within the travel industry. - Proven experience as a visa consultant, immigration advisor, or in a related role. - Comprehensive understanding of global visa policies, immigration laws, and procedures. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
