Global Visa Consultant

Job Summary:

The Global Visa Consultant is responsible for managing the end-to-end visa application process for clients traveling internationally. This role requires strong knowledge of visa requirements across multiple countries, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through complex documentation and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with visa application processes for various countries (tourist, business, student, work visas).
• Advise clients on visa requirements, documentation, fees, and timelines.
• Review and verify visa application documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers to facilitate application submission and tracking.
• Keep up-to-date with changing visa policies, rules, and regulations globally.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on visa applications and client interactions.
• Support process improvements and compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, International Relations, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in visa consultancy or related travel services.
• Strong knowledge of global visa procedures and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
