As a potential candidate for this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to customer engagement, sales support, and stakeholder management. Here is a breakdown of your duties: Role Overview: - Research and generate lists of potential customers to target for sales efforts. - Create and contribute to customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature to effectively showcase products/services. - Assist in developing client relationships and maintaining existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Support the evaluation of new sponsorship opportunities to expand business reach. - Learn and apply effective sales techniques to maximize sales performance. - Maintain accurate sales records to track progress and performance. - Conduct product demos on a regular basis to showcase the features and benefits of the products/services. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to clients during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition. - Make regular calls to existing clients to proactively address their needs and offer assistance for a positive customer experience. - Respond to client inquiries related to transaction processing by coordinating internally with relevant departments and following up with clients to provide timely resolutions. - Maintain systematic documentation of customer interactions, turnaround times, complaint resolutions, and other key service metrics for reference and analysis. Qualification Required: - Strong understanding of sales management and the sales process to drive successful outcomes. - Excellent listening and conflict resolution skills to address customer concerns effectively. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-friendly approach to build rapport and trust. - Ability to effectively negotiate deals to secure profitable agreements. - Working knowledge of trade finance products to effectively promote and sell relevant offerings.,
