⚡ Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Software Sales Manager who will own the global salespipeline for EMO Energy’s software solutions—including battery intelligence platforms, fleetanalytics, smart diagnostics, and OEM integration tools. This role demands someone whocan deeply understand our technology, communicate its value to customers globally, anddrive revenue growth by building strong relationships with OEMs, fleet operators, energyplayers, and mobility-tech companies.
🎯 What You Will Do
- Lead the complete sales lifecycle for EMO’s software products across global markets.
- Understand and communicate complex technical offerings, including battery analytics, BMS software, telematics, predictive health systems, and API-based integrations.
- Develop and execute market-entry strategies for key international regions.
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with EV OEMs, battery manufacturers, fleet operators, and mobility-tech platforms.
- Build and manage a robust, high-quality international sales pipeline with structured CRM-driven processes.
- Deliver impactful demos, product deep dives, and solution presentations to global enterprise customers.
- Work closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams to incorporate customer insights into product evolution.
- Own global revenue targets, commercial proposals, negotiations, and long-term account management.
- Represent EMO Energy at global EV, mobility, and software industry events, customer visits, and international meetings.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of proven experience in software sales, enterprise technology sales, ormobility/energy-tech sales.
- Demonstrated success in selling India-built technology or software products to international clients, or equivalent experience in global product sales.
- Strong exposure to EV, battery technology, energy systems, mobility platforms, or telematics is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of software platform analytics, cloud-based dashboards, telemetry, or embedded systems.
- Proven track record of managing global enterprise accounts, closing high-value deals, and scaling international markets.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and commercial negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling customer value.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Self-starter mindset—comfortable with high speed, ambiguity, and ownership.
- Bonus: Experience selling to OEMs, fleet operators, or energy companies, EV ecosystems, battery management systems, telematics, or mobility SaaS.
