Job Description

The Global Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand global customer relationships, and enhance market share for our semiconductor OSAT services. This role requires a deep understanding of the semiconductor value chain, customer requirements, and industry dynamics, particularly in the outsourced assembly and test sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the global sales team to achieve revenue targets across all key geographies (e.g., US,China,Japan,South Korea,Taiwan, Europe, Asia).
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and market trends in the OSAT industry.
  • Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities with semiconductor companies (IDMs, fabless, and system OEMs).
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through regular communication, performance reviews, and contract renewals.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, engineering teams, and procurement departments.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and solution alignment.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, customer meetings, and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong focus on OSAT services.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding global sales targets.
  • Deep knowledge of semiconductor packaging, testing, and supply chain processes.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural, international business environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% globally).

Preferred Attributes:

  • Technical background in electrical engineering or materials science.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese) is a plus.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
