Job Title: Global Sales and Support Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Global Sales and Support Coordinator to manage international sales operations and provide exceptional support to clients and internal teams. This role bridges sales execution and customer service, ensuring seamless communication, efficient order processing, and high client satisfaction across global markets. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
- Coordinate and support global sales teams in daily operations. - Track sales performance, generate reports, and maintain CRM data. - Assist in the development and implementation of international sales strategies. - Prepare and manage sales documentation including proposals, contracts, and presentations. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. - Manage order processing, shipping coordination, and after-sales support. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation. - Liaise with logistics, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
Required Skills :
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in international sales coordination and customer support. - Strong understanding of global trade practices and export documentation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). - Multilingual skills are a plus.
