The Global Process Owner (GPO) responsible for Absence & Time Management will own end-to-end responsibility for designing, implementing, and managing global Absence and Time Management processes and systems. This dynamic role aims to harmonize processes for optimal efficiency while ensuring compliance with GSK s global and local policies.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Implementation & Improvement

As an Absence and Time Management expert - partner with ERP HR Evolution program team in the roll-out of global Time and Absence Management solutions (Workday, S4 Hana, external systems) across all regions, adhering to appropriate process and change management principles.

Lead system and process improvements initiatives especially revolving around increasing efficiency and implementing advanced technologies (e.g., RPA, AI)
Governance & Compliance

Ensure all processes meet GSK policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements at local and regional levels.

Design and enforce robust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor process adherence and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Partner with cross-functional teams, including business, HR, payroll, finance, risk and compliance, to ensure interdependencies with other business domains are seamlessly managed.

Champion and influence change initiatives to improve consistency in Absence/Time Management globally.
Process Design & Ownership

Define and maintain global standards for processes to align with GSK s operational strategy and objectives.

Collaborate with HR, People Servies, and IT teams to ensure integration with other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Workday modules.
Why you?
Qualifications Required

Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.

Very good understanding of end-to-end HR processes and systems gained in international, multicultural work environment.

Significant experience managing Absence and Time Management processes within enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).

Experience in Workforce Management (scheduling, forecasting, etc) preferably using well established WFM systems (i.e UKG)

Hands-on experience leading HR Transformation / HR System implementation projects.

Expertise in process design/deployment and continuous improvements.

Strong understanding of employment standards and global compliance requirements relevant to time management.

Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
