Project description
We are building the APAC Competency Center for a leading European Asset Manager who has developed a state-of-the-art trading and risk management platform, used both internally and by external clients. This center will play a critical role in onboarding new investment managers end-to-endfrom data migration and system setup to reporting, integration, and ongoing support.By joining this team, you will work on complex, high-impact projects in capital markets, collaborate closely with global stakeholders, and contribute to shaping how investment managers run their trading and risk operations. Role Overview:Defines and configures the operating model of the target platform. Ensures user access rights, team structures, and workflows reflect client standards.

Responsibilities

Define operating model and organizational setup

Configure desks, teams, and user access rights

Align workflows with governance and compliance standards

Work with stakeholders to validate setup

Support onboarding and BAU teams with operating model updates

Skills
Must have

5+ years in capital markets or asset management operations.

Experience with Murex, Calypso, Orchestrade, Alto, Aladdin, Simcorp or similar platforms

Strong understanding of user management, workflow design, and permissions.

Business analysis and stakeholder engagement. Nice to have
