Position Overview:
Position Title: Global Marketing Operations
Reports to: Marketing Manager (U.S.)
Time Zone Expectation: Must be available for 3–4 hours of overlap with U.S. business hours (PST/EST)
As the Global Marketing Operations , you’ll work closely with the U.S.-based Marketing Manager to execute key marketing deliverables, maintain digital assets, support branding activities, and coordinate across functions and vendors. This is a cross-functional support role ideal for someone detail-oriented, digitally fluent, and excited about contributing to brand growth on a global scale.
Mandatory Skills required:-
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Experience working with tools like Google Workspace, HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, or similar
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and work independently once briefed
  • Comfortable working during late afternoon/evening India Standard Time to overlap with US teams
Secondary Skills required:-
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express
  • Ability to make quick visual edits or create simple graphics for campaigns and social posts
  • Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for basic marketing collateral
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Asset Management
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets (logos, decks, one-pagers, case studies)
  • Support file sharing, updates, and version control for content and campaign assets
2. Website & SEO Support
  • Assist with new content for updates that will go on the website CMS (e.g., blog posts, landing pages)
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices under guidance (meta tags, internal linking, etc.)
3. Campaign & Content Support
  • Assist with formatting and publishing LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, and blogs
  • Coordinate localization or formatting requests for marketing materials
  • Support co-branding updates and QA for partner materials (e.g., logos, footers, disclaimers)
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Liaise with internal design/dev resources in India for timely delivery of campaign materials
  • Coordinate project timelines between U.S. and India teams, ensuring time zone overlap
5. Analytics & Reporting
  • Pull and format reports from platforms like LinkedIn, HubSpot, or Google Analytics
  • Maintain a centralized dashboard of marketing activity and performance
