Global Human Resources Manager

As a Global HR Partner, you will play a crucial role in partnering with senior leaders to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include proactively analyzing business needs and workforce data to identify organizational design opportunities, leading major organizational restructuring projects, and driving the Talent Review and Succession Planning process. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a multinational organization. - Deep understanding of international labor laws and compliance across global regions. - Master's degree in HR or a related field, Global HR Certification preferred. - Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence at a senior leadership level.
