Role Overview: Advicta Advertising Services is seeking a Global Human Resources Manager to join their team in Noida. As the Global Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's business objectives. Your role will involve managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Working closely with global teams, you will create a positive work environment, oversee policy development, and handle employee disputes and grievances effectively.
