Global HR Operations Analyst

As a Global HR Operations Analyst at Circana, you will be responsible for assisting with transaction management within our HRIS. This includes tasks such as new hire onboarding, job and salary changes, internal transfers, reorganizations, terminations, and personal information changes. Your role will also involve reviewing, auditing, and ensuring the integrity and compliance of the transactional data in our HRIS system. Key Responsibilities: - Initiating Onboarding Events and collecting documents for external new hires - Submitting IT onboarding and offboarding tickets - Sending departure communications to employees and their managers - Reviewing and storing background check results - Maintaining and updating employee files - Supporting recruiters and HR with maintaining data in our applicant tracking system - Opening and maintaining job postings - Scheduling candidate interviews - Assisting with bonus and severance processing and tracking - Monitoring and managing HR India inbox and HRIS mailbox - Participating in projects aimed at process efficiency and enhancing the employee experience Qualifications: - At least three years of prior HR and/or recruiting administration experience preferred, ideally for an employee group with 5,000+ individuals - College degree is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Fluency in English, both verbal and written In addition to the technical skills and qualifications, at Circana, they value shared behaviors that are essential to the organization.
