Role Description

As a Global Analyst,you'll conduct in-depth research,analyze complex data,create actionable insights and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver solutions for real-world problems.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced,problem solving environment and brings both analytical and sharpness and strong communication skills to the table.

Mode of work : Remote

What you'll do:

-Conduct qualitative and quantitative research/analysis to generate actionable insights for client and internal projects.

-Develop and deliver reports ,dashboards and presentations tailored for diverse audiences.

-Manage project work plans,timelines and deliverables.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design knowledge assets (databases,playbooks,benchmarks)

-Support decision making with data visualization and structured reporting.

What you'll bring:

-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred).

-3+ years of experience in research,consulting,data analysis or related roles.

-Strong analytical skills with experience structuring and interpreting complex datasets.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholder at all levels.

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word,Excel,PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience in public sector,education or consulting projects.

-Knowledge of procurement,contracting or operations within government or higher education.

-Familiarity with advanced Excel,data visualization tools, or contract/pricing analysis.

-A collaborative mindset with curiosity to scale innovative solutions
