Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Diploma (Mechanical) fresher to join our Purchase Department. The candidate will assist in vendor management, quotation analysis, inventory coordination, and procurement-related activities to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct vendor research and evaluation to identify reliable and cost-effective suppliers.
• Collect and analyze quotations, prepare price comparisons, and support purchase decisions.
• Coordinate inventory levels and delivery schedules with vendors and internal teams.
• Manage vendor communication, including follow-ups and issue resolution related to quality or delivery.
• Maintain accurate purchase data, reports, and documentation for audit and record purposes.
• Support the Purchase team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers preferred).
• Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
