GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee)

A Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) job is an entry-level role for new engineering grads to get hands-on, structured training, involving assisting senior engineers, learning different departments (design, QC, site work), supporting projects with data analysis, testing, documentation, and problem-solving, bridging the gap between theory and practical industrial application through mentorship and skill development.

Core Responsibilities:

• Project Assistance: Support senior engineers in design, development, testing, and implementation of projects.
• Data & Analysis: Conduct research, analyze data, perform failure analysis, and create computer models.
• Quality Control & Testing: Assist with quality checks, inspection, debugging, and exploratory testing.
• Documentation: Maintain reports, log support interactions, and help refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Learning & Development: Participate in training, learn new technologies (AutoCAD, Python, IoT), and adapt to new tools.
• Collaboration: Work with teams, present findings, and follow health & safety regulations.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).

Typical Program Structure:

• Duration: Often 12 months of intensive training.
