Full Time
1) Perform incoming, in‑process, and final quality inspections to ensure products meet required specifications.
2) Assist in preparing and maintaining quality documentation such as inspection reports, checklists, and deviation notes..
3) Support root cause analysis (RCA) for defects.
4) Monitor and record process parameters to ensure compliance with quality standards.
5) Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues on the shop floor.
6) Participate in audits (internal and external) and help implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)..
7) Assist in calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, etc..
8) Support continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen, 5S, and Lean practices.
9) Shop‑floor exposure, Hands‑on inspection activities, Cross‑functional coordination

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
