Key Responsibilities: Support senior engineers in day-to-day technical tasks. Participate in on-the-job training and shadow experienced professionals. Maintain project documentation and prepare technical reports. Learn company standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. Perform field/site inspections under supervision (if applicable). Participate in regular review meetings and report progress. Key Responsibilities : 1. Lead the planning, design, and execution of mechanical engineering projects, including upgrades, expansions, retrofits, and optimization initiatives, to meet production targets, regulatory requirements, and business objectives 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Procurement, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop project plans, schedules, and budgets accordingly. 3. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate project viability and justify investment decisions, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management for approval. 4. Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors as necessary to support project execution, including procurement of equipment, materials, and services, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards. 5. Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, to ensure efficient utilization and optimization of project outcomes while maintaining cost control and adherence to budgetary constraints. 6. Conduct regular project meetings and communication sessions with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, address issues and concerns, and solicit feedback and input to drive project success. 7. Prepare project documentation, including project charters, scope of work, specifications, drawings, schedules, progress reports, and close-out reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to relevant stakeholders. 8. Participate in lessons learned sessions and post-project reviews to capture best practices, identify areas for improvement, and apply lessons learned to future projects, contributing to ongoing organizational learning and development.
