Job Summary: The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) is an entry-level position designed for fresh engineering graduates. The role focuses on providing hands-on training, exposure to real-time projects, and development of technical and professional skills to prepare the trainee for a permanent engineering role within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior engineers in day-to-day engineering activities and project execution Learn and apply engineering principles, tools, and industry standards Participate in design, development, testing, and implementation of projects Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and support problem-solving activities Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives Complete training modules and evaluations as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Electronics Fresh graduate or candidates with up to 1 year of experience Strong academic background is preferred Required Skills: Basic understanding of core engineering concepts Good analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Strong communication and teamwork abilities Basic knowledge of MS Office and relevant engineering software/tools Training & Development: Structured on-the-job training Mentorship from senior engineers Performance evaluations during the training period Career Progression: Upon successful completion of the training period, the GET may be absorbed into a full-time engineering role based on performance and organizational requirements.
