Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 12 years of experience to join our team as a Team Lead in the German Voice Process, located in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle international inbound calls from customers who want to place orders.
Respond to inquiries and provide general information to customers.
Assist customers in completing purchases online and over the phone.
Deliver exceptional customer experience through effective communication.
Manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Graduate degree (not a constraint for deserving candidates).
Minimum 6 years of international voice experience in a reputable BPO.
Excellent upselling skills and a flair for customer service.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.
