Job summary

We are seeking a skilled GeoSpatial Developer with expertise in Java MongoDB and Angular to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience and will work in a hybrid model. This role involves developing and maintaining geospatial applications that support our companys mission to provide innovative solutions. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain geospatial applications using Java MongoDB and Angular to enhance data visualization and analysis capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable geospatial solutions that meet business requirements.
Optimize application performance by implementing efficient data processing techniques and leveraging MongoDBs capabilities.
Ensure the integration of geospatial data with existing systems to provide seamless user experiences and accurate data representation.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Stay updated with the latest geospatial technologies and trends to continuously improve application features and performance.
Document application designs processes and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices in software development.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights into potential geospatial solutions.
Contribute to the development of project timelines and deliverables ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Implement security measures to protect geospatial data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance user satisfaction.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Java programming and its application in geospatial development.
Demonstrate proficiency in using MongoDB for data storage and management in geospatial applications.
Have experience with Angular for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Show a keen interest in geospatial technologies and their application in solving real-world problems.
Display effective communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
Possess a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
