Genpact Hiring for Human Resource Operations Payroll roles - Gurgaon Location: Gurgaon Shift : AUS Shift (12 am to 5pm) We are hiring for the role of Analyst/Senior Analyst Payroll Operations Responsibilities Payroll Processing: Execute payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements. Validate employee data and ensure proper inputs for payroll calculations. Data Management: Maintain and update payroll databases, ensuring data integrity. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and tax regulations in payroll processing. Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports for compliance audits. Customer Support: Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in payroll or a similar role. Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel. Preferred Qualifications: Preference of an understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module Familiarity with HRIS platforms and statutory payroll requirements. Certification in payroll management is a plus. Key Skills and Attributes: Strong numerical and analytical abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
