Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Sales Manager. The position is located in Gurugram. The General Sales Manager will oversee the day-to-day sales operations within the real estate sector. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and continuously improving sales processes will also be key tasks.
